Usha Nakhasi Biography

Usha Nakhasi is currently Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Service Benefit Plan Administrative Services Corp (SBPASC), the IT solutions provider for the Federal Employee Blue Cross and Blue Shield health insurance program. Prior to coming to the FEP Operations Center®, she was with the United States Automobile Association (USAA), responsible for application infrastructure development and support for all platforms and all lines of businesses including Banking, Investment and Insurance.

Dr. Nakhasi earned her Doctorate in Mathematics at Birla Institute of Technology and Science in India, where she also received her Masters of Science in Mathematics and Bachelor of Science in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
