Update Your Password Starting August 17, 2025
Starting August 17, all CareFirst Provider Portal users will need to reset their passwords. When users reset their passwords, they will also be encouraged to enroll in passwordless, authentication-secure and user-friendly alternatives to traditional passwords such as passkeys and biometric verification. Instructions and FAQs are available.
