To make it easy for you to provide care for our HealthyBlue members, we’ve streamlined the Healthy Reward program across products. Now, using just one form and three easy steps, you can help your patients earn a Healthy Reward.

We’ve also made other enhancements to our product line:

  • No referrals.
  • No copay for preventive or routine care.
  • Included product names on member ID cards.
