Security Enhancements are Almost Here

Hello Colleague:
A few weeks ago, we sent you an email telling you about the security and user-experience enhancements that we are making to your Provider Portal (CareFirst Direct) account.

With our enhancements almost ready to be implemented, we wanted to share some resources that we’ve created in order to make this a seamless transition for you the next time you login. If you are an existing user, we will be asking you to follow a few simple steps to update your account information the first time you log in after Dec. 17.

Select the appropriate User Guide below to get started:

• Practitioner (Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, Mental Health etc.)
• Support Staff (Clinical, Billing, etc.)
• Facility May include Institutional and Ancillary)
