Professional providers have the ability to submit Medicare Secondary Claims online. Learn about the benefits of electronic claim submission at  www.carefirst.com/electronicclaims.

If you submit paper claims, be sure to use the new  CMS-1500 form. Beginning April 1, 2014, any claims submitted on the old form will be returned.
