Validate Your Provider Information – Deadline June 30

May 11, 2015 - CareFirst requires providers to review and verify practice information . The first deadline for verifying practice information in 2015 is June 30. All Providers were notified of this deadline in a letter mailed on 05/01/2015.

  • Login at www.carefirst.com/providerlogin to update your information: Once between January 1 and June 30; and a second time between July 1 and December 31.
  • The second validation should occur no less than 3 months after the first validation.
  • Additionally, any time your information changes; you must update your files.
