“If a sore throat, earache, fever or minor injury strikes, you want medical attention fast. But many times your doctor's office has closed for the day. So, where can you go? Come to the CalvertHealth Urgent Care Centers in Dunkirk, Prince Frederick and Solomons.   The centers, which treat adults and children for minor medical emergencies, have lab and X-ray services on site. The Prince Frederick & Solomons centers are open weekdays from 2-10 p.m. and weekends from noon-10 p.m. The Dunkirk center are open weekdays from 5-10 p.m. and weekends from noon-10 p.m. Patients can now be seen by appointment. Call as early as 10 a.m. to pre-register. All physicians at the Urgent Care Centers are members of the CalvertHealth Medical Staff.”

You may be eligible for free or low-cost screenings if you meet these qualifications—
You have no insurance, or your insurance does not cover screening exams.
Your yearly income is at or below 250% of the federal poverty level.
You are between 40 and 64 years of age for breast cancer screening.
You are between 21 and 64 years of age for cervical cancer screening.
Certain women who are younger or older may qualify for screening services.
