Institutional and ancillary providers who have a physical location in the CareFirst service area are eligible to participate in our BlueChoice and/or Regional Participating Preferred Network (RPN). View a list of institutional/ancillary providers that are eligible to participate.

Institutional and ancillary providers are required to have a physical location in the CareFirst service area, meet all credentialing requirements and submit all required credentialing documents.

Providers have the right, upon request, to review the information used in credentialing decisions, to correct inaccurate information and to obtain the status of the credentialing process. To request this information, call (410) 872-3526.
