I completed an on-line CME course, but didn’t get my CME/contact hour credits. What should I do?

Answer: Make sure that you enter all required information when registering for a program. You may need to indicate your interest in receiving CME credits in the enrollment area before beginning the course. In addition, many courses require that you pass a post test for successful completion, and/or that you fill out an evaluation. Otherwise, direct your inquiries to the program administrator by using the contact information provided on the organization or course web site.
