CareFirst Mailed the Provider Participation Agreement
Earlier this month, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and CareFirst BlueChoice (CareFirst) announced that we amended and restated the Participation Agreement with all providers. We mailed the Agreement on July 21, and you should receive your updated Agreement by July 31. If you don’t receive your Agreement by the end of the month, please contact CareFirst at carefirstcontracting@carefirst.com.
