January 1, 2021, marked the beginning of the plan year for our two new CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield Medicare Advantage HMO plans.

- Forms & Resources—Visit our CareFirst Provider Portal to find tools your staff will need to process your patients’ claims, including pharmacy formularies, Eligibility & Benefits, and more.
