Federal Employee Program (FEP) Member ID Cards Get Makeover

March 28, 2011 - The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) has issued a new mandate that requires all national Blue Cross Blue Shield plans to redesign their member ID cards.

FEP will issue new cards to all CareFirst members by April 30, 2011.

Below is a sample of the new FEP member ID cards.

Note: The information on member ID cards may vary depending upon the member’s coverage.
