Provider Services - Standard Business Hours Update

September 12, 2011 - Due to business needs, our Provider Services hours have been slightly modified.  Effective immediately, offices will close at 11:30 a.m. on Fridays until further notice.

Regular business hours will remain in effect for all other dates unless otherwise noted.  Access to the Voice Response Unit (VRU) and CareFirst Direct will not be affected.
