Browser Compatibility
If you are using the following browsers to access functionality within the Provider Portal, you may experience technical issues:
- Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge 14 (Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10) or higher
- Mozilla Firefox 49.0 or higher
- Google Chrome 53.0, 54.0 or higher
- Safari 10, 9.0 (OS X 10.11 /OS X 10.10)
To resolve the issue:
- Activate the browser's compatibility mode if using Internet Explorer 10 or 11.
- Download Internet Explorer 9 at no cost.
